These Terms of Service outline the rules and expectations for using our website and coaching services.
Coaching Disclaimer
Coaching is a partnership designed to support your personal growth.
Coaching is not therapy, counseling, or medical treatment and should not be used as a substitute for these services.
You are responsible for your own physical, mental, and emotional well-being during and after coaching sessions.
Scheduling and Payments
Payments for coaching packages must be made in full or as agreed upon in your individual coaching agreement.
If you need to reschedule a session, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Missed sessions without notice may be forfeited.
Refunds
Because coaching requires time, energy, and commitment from both sides, payments are non-refundable once sessions have begun.
Confidentiality
All personal information shared during coaching is kept confidential unless:
You give written permission to share it
It is required by law (such as risk of harm to yourself or others)
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, and resources, is the property of Made for More Coaching, LLC. You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce content without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
Made for More Coaching, LLC is not liable for any outcomes or results from coaching services. You are solely responsible for applying what you learn.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, and any disputes will be handled in the courts located in Greenfield, Indiana, USA.
