Food Doesn't Have to Control Your Life
Christ-centered coaching that helps women heal the beliefs, emotions, and patterns beneath the struggle.

Helping Women Move From...
Food Obsession → Peace
Body Shame → Confidence
Starting Over → Consistency
Guilt → Grace
Fear → Freedom
Why My Approach Is Different
Most women don’t need another plan.
They need to understand what is driving the struggle.
Most women who struggle with food already know what they “should” do. They’ve read the books, tried the plans, followed the rules, and promised themselves that this time would be different. Yet many still find themselves stuck in the same cycle of food obsession, body shame, emotional eating, and starting over.
What many women need is a safe place to explore the beliefs, emotions, wounds, and patterns that keep them stuck. Shame, perfectionism, fear, anxiety, people-pleasing, self-criticism, and distorted beliefs about worth often sit beneath the surface, quietly influencing everyday choices and keeping the cycle alive.
That’s why my coaching goes deeper than food.
Together, we’ll uncover the hidden factors that fuel food obsession, body shame, emotional eating, and the exhausting cycle of starting over. Rather than focusing only on what you’re eating, we’ll explore what food has been carrying and begin healing the roots instead of constantly battling the symptoms.
My approach is built on the belief that lasting freedom comes through internal transformation, not external pressure.
Most women have spent years trying to manage symptoms. Real change begins when healing reaches the places that diets, rules, and willpower can never touch.
It’s where the problem shows up.
After losing more than 200 pounds and walking alongside women on their own healing journeys, I’ve seen the same truth again and again. Food is often the visible struggle, but beneath it are deeper beliefs, emotional wounds, fears, and patterns that are asking to be healed.
When the roots begin to heal, the struggle begins to lose its power.

Frequently Asked Questions
If you’re wondering whether coaching is right for you, these answers may help.
Is coaching Christian?
Yes. My coaching is rooted in biblical truth and the belief that lasting transformation happens through Christ. Whether we’re discussing food struggles, body image, emotional eating, or identity, faith remains at the center of the conversation.
Is this a weight loss program?
No.
While many women experience physical changes as healing occurs, coaching focuses on the beliefs, emotions, habits, and patterns underneath the struggle rather than chasing a number on a scale.
Do I have to struggle with food addiction to benefit from coaching?
Not at all.
Many women come seeking help with emotional eating, body image, food obsession, guilt around eating, perfectionism, or the exhausting cycle of constantly starting over.
What happens during a coaching session?
Sessions provide a safe space to explore what’s keeping you stuck, develop practical tools for moving forward, and create meaningful action steps rooted in both faith and personal growth.
Do you offer virtual coaching?
Yes.
Coaching sessions are offered virtually, allowing women to receive support from the comfort of their own homes.

What if I've tried everything before?

Coaching focuses on the deeper roots of the struggle because lasting freedom rarely comes from trying harder. It comes from healing differently.
