About Made for MORE Coaching
Freedom Through Faith
Made for More Coaching is a Christ-centered space for anyone who feels stuck in the cycle of food obsession, emotional eating, body shame, and starting over. If you are tired of white-knuckling your way through change, you are in the right place. This is not about learning how to be stricter. It is about getting to the root and walking into real, lasting freedom with Jesus.
Here, we focus on whole-person healing. We look at the thoughts, emotions, beliefs, stress patterns, and spiritual wounds that often drive what happens around food. Then we build practical tools and grace-filled rhythms that help you move forward without shame running the show.
My story in short
For years, I was trapped in food obsession and self-hatred. My weight climbed to over 420 pounds, my health was failing, and I carried a quiet shame that touched everything. I tried to fix myself in all the ways people usually try. Control, coping, numbing, restarting. Nothing truly changed what was happening underneath.
At 34, I surrendered my life to Jesus, and I thought that was the full turning point. But at 37, God gently put His finger on the one area I was still gripping tight and invited me into deeper healing, not just in my body, but in my heart and identity too. He began showing me that food could never meet the needs I was asking it to meet, and that freedom would not come from trying harder, but from surrendering what I was still holding.
By His grace, I have lost over 200 pounds and experienced major health breakthroughs. But the deeper miracle is this: I found peace. Peace with food. Peace with my body. Peace with God. That is the kind of freedom I now help others pursue.
Why Made for More exists
So many people love Jesus and still feel powerless in this one area. You can have strong faith and still feel stuck. You can know truth in your head and still struggle in the moment stress hits or emotions rise. That does not make you a failure. It means something deeper needs care, not condemnation.
Made for More is a safe, grace-filled space to get honest about what is really going on and to build a new path forward. We are not chasing perfection here. We are building consistency, courage, and a steady relationship with food that is led by truth, not fear.

My approach
This is whole-person coaching that is Christ-centered and non-diet.
We will not do rigid rules, food fear, or punishment plans. We will focus on freedom, truth, emotional awareness, and Spirit-led change that holds up in real life. Every step is grounded in grace and Scripture, because lasting change happens from the inside out.
What coaching is and is not
Coaching is a supportive, goal-focused partnership that helps you create positive, sustainable change. I will guide you with tools, accountability, encouragement, and prayer as you build a healthier relationship with food and your body.
Coaching is not therapy, counseling, medical advice, or a substitute for professional treatment for diagnosed eating disorders or health conditions. I do not prescribe diets, supplements, or medical plans. If something is outside the scope of coaching, I will always encourage and help direct you toward the right support.
Ready to take the next step?

Frequently Asked Questions
Is this therapy?
No. Coaching is a goal-focused partnership centered on growth, accountability, and faith-based tools. It does not replace therapy or medical care.
Will you give me a diet plan?
No. This is non-diet, grace-filled coaching focused on healing your relationship with food.
What if I’m embarrassed about how much I struggle?
Most women who reach out feel this way. You are not alone. Food struggles thrive in secrecy. Healing begins when you realize you are not the only one carrying this.
Is coaching worth the investment?
That’s a very real question — and an honest one.
Many women have already invested in diets, programs, gym memberships, books, and plans that promised quick results but never addressed the root. Coaching is different. This is not about another temporary fix. It’s about healing what keeps you stuck so you stop starting over.
You are not paying for information. You are investing in transformation, support, accountability, and a safe place to process what you have been carrying alone.
The question is not just “Can I afford this?”
It’s also “What is it costing me to stay in the cycle?”
If you are unsure, that is exactly what the discovery call is for. We will talk honestly about your goals, your season, and whether this is the right next step for you.
Is this only for women?
While many of my clients are women, this coaching is for anyone who desires freedom from food and body struggles through Christ.
Why don’t you focus on weight loss?
Because weight is often a symptom, not the root. When emotional healing and mindset renewal happen, sustainable physical changes often follow naturally. But chasing the symptom without healing the source keeps the cycle alive.
What if I can’t afford long-term coaching?
Start with a Breakthrough Session. Clarity alone can shift direction. There is no pressure to commit beyond what fits your season.
